When presenting, address your audience as individuals rather than as a group. Use ‘you’ instead of ‘anyone’ in statements or questions. Example, “Do you know the resolution to this issue?” Instead of, “Does anyone know the resolution to this issue?” Each listener should have the feeling that you are speaking directly to them.
